Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final sale items, and custom-made products.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact our customer service team.

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
